Just wanted to send a quick email relative to NARS support over the last several months. It has been a difficult few months and from the plant's perspective NARS has reacted very well to any request we have asked for. Whether it is: placing jobs on QH, returning units to the plant, providing bay locations, identifying defects in the yard (plant and yard issues), etc., NARS has been very good with communicating and reacting quickly.
There has been much activity in the yard over the past several months and would like to thank your team for your attention to safety relative to our people and your people working in the yard. In addition, I would like to thank your team in helping GM and Flint to keep our inventory calls at zeros relative to plant controllable issues.
